Working with company like this is good ,if i talk about career growth it will let you down,but your job is fully secured at here,appraisal are here s little bit lower than others,but you will learn many think from here,working culture is also good,work balance is not maintained.

Timings not good Salary Also Less Saturday Week off not available Some times workings on Sunday's also due month end is Sunday. Marketing and Accounts Team is Not Co Ordinate Properly

I have work here for one month and they didn't give me salary after that I have resigned and they threatened me that I have signed bond of 2 years and company will file a case against me and demanding 6 month salary from me the work culture is very bad upper management use bad language

...r increasing group companies profit. So employees are under tremendous pressure. Salary is very low comparing to Industry standard. They are forcefully making employees buy there LI policies which is high priced.
