...ing There is lots of miscommunication and lies told in induction training aboit company which is totally false when joining salary is too low for management Trainee also there is force fully pressure for target and business if able to do then they forced you to resign even you are in learning phase and probation Basically hire as an Management Trainee but treated as like junior executives

Our branch only did politics with new joining. Our branch manner and BTL did politics with me and hold the my NOC certificate due to not surf the notice period but i am eager to surf the notice period but my manager didn't gave the chance and fired me without any reason and hold my NOC certificate and also get penalty....

I live very far from home or get very less salary, hence my salary gets exhausted before the end of the month. There is a STFC branch within 30 km from my home. My problem will be solved by my transfer.

There are more targets than not paying as much. Less pay and more work. If you start working here, you have to forget everything outside, you have to do one job.
