Excellent organisation to work with. Healthy work culture and enormous support from senior Management makes the career a very learning and meaningful one. It gives able opportunity to it's employees based on the interest areas of the concerned employees.

Compensation is decent but not at par with the industry.

Company work culture is very good and also good for fresher as because they have to learn many thing. Company always give chance to employees for growth and avoid to hire from other company. As example I have joined company as executive on 2011 and till date as Branch manager.

Holding Salary Holding Incentives Not ready to give leave Attendance issue Hiring and Firing System PIP giving after two months of joining

...ining they start hirasment and issue PIP and state head forcing for resignation. If manager not ready to given resignation so State head and HR holding salary, not marking attendance. If managers ready to give resignation after so many hirasment so HR and State Head not ready to give notice period to manager and relive same day.

But when do we get the incentives? It is within the criteria and they pay less salary. This is the only shortcoming in the company. They pay less salary to the employees.

...ing There is lots of miscommunication and lies told in induction training aboit company which is totally false when joining salary is too low for management Trainee also there is force fully pressure for target and business if able to do then they forced you to resign even you are in learning phase and probation Basically hire as an Management Trainee but treated as like junior executives
