Reporting authorities are very co- operative. Flexible working time. No rigidity to below level employees.

Dislikes

Salary is not enough to a shriram employees. Increament of salary is very low. There is no AC, water guard, in any branch office.. in summer seasons every employees are feeling so hotty... There is no annual fuctions for our organization. No reward is giving for doing good work. Travel re- inbursement is very delayed process. Minimum 1 month is passed for crediting the expese money.

Company is wast and many employees work in STFC. Good thing is company provides good service to all employees.

... simply ask to fulfill within time. Due software problem doesn't work properly. And have to work in all parameters in only less salary

Given opportunity by seniors to handle the cases individually and tried involve in issues

Some of the advice not listen completely and in bonus part the bonus is given on Diwali festival which they already deduct from our CTC and given the to us.i.e. our money is given to us on occasion of Diwali.which is not acceptable.

Good palace for working, lit bit Politics is running in corporate culture.

...stens to juniors, only whom is servive there who make relationship with seniors. Here nothing is fix like promotion, increment in salary for Legal department. No Audit and HR is there .

I m Happy with company .. Company give the salary at accurate time in lockdown .. and give as financial support ... With out company me and my family can't survive in this cartical suctions .i thank full to company .. thanks a lot to shriram groups ,
