I didn't get my recognition because of the management level is worst. Company policies are good but salary hike is only higher level. Proudly saying they give bonus every year.

Skill development and learning in very good Freshers know about NBFC all aspects in this company. Credit policy good.

Dislikes

Work life balance very poor. Salary and increment very low. Company reduce incentives certain periodical wise for accounts and Back office peoples
