1. Salary is too low compared to market standards. 2. Leave policies not good. 3. Some senior staff is not well qualified. 4. Employees can relocate anywhere without any prior discussion. 5. There is no transparency in promotion.

Good for that people who is allready settled, they want to job just for nominally, bcg Salary structure is too pure. Promotion is too pure here is only polytics.. but company is wonderful stability job.. who work here he knows wervell.
