...employment even after stipulated time and constantly extend probationary period. There's no salary hike even if you get promoted to higher job role with substantially more responsibilities. Incentive structure is ridiculous. You've to work on Sundays and holidays during month end if the Branch head orders you to do so. Exit policy is a headache. As you have to compensate the company if you leave without notice period. Experience/relieving letter takes over 90 days to obtain

If you're a fresher , then you can learn a lot of things there to get experience. You will be familiar with many financial products.

Dislikes

...the wrong thing of senior means you're not respected a senior and blahh blahh. Salary is very low in very designation which leads to low growth career opportunities. HR never asks you about anything neither they help you when you need there help. Many times they don't pick the call. At the end of the month you have to go office even on the sunday too which makes me very annoying.

...THING! NO JOB SECURITY. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANY KIND OF EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION. THEY JUST HIRE YOU AT FREAKIN LOW SALARIES AND PRESSURISE YOU DO THE JOBS OF OTHER SENIORS OF THE BRANCH AS WELL. THEY ACTUALLY HARASS THEIR EMPLOYEES. AND IF YOU COMPLAINT ABOUT ALL THIS TO THE HR DEPARTMENT THE SENIORS JUST FIRE YOU. WORST EXPERIENCE AND WORST COMPANY ENVIRONMENT. I learn lot of things from stfc.Salary is credited to bank account on time. They also provided salary even covidperiod also. Work culture is not good. Job security is based on your work.

The company is good but the package is very low for who is the beginners. There is lot of politics make by higher officers. the career growth is too slow and increment also even most of sunday will be a working day.
