Good for that people who is allready settled, they want to job just for nominally, bcg Salary structure is too pure. Promotion is too pure here is only polytics.. but company is wonderful stability job.. who work here he knows wervell.

... employee they have to do GI,LI,FD,RD,Medical Insurance,PA,PL,Sl and collection.Slow growth and salary is very low.

Company is too good, salary is paid in regular basis.. But management is not satisfactory... Giving more pressure for collection in pandemic situation...often worked from morning 7Am by pressuring by management
