... free flow of communication from lower level management to top level management. During COVID situation, many companies either laid off their employees or reduced their pay. However there was no such actions as far as STFC is concerned.

Job Security and working culture is satisfactory. Salary is comparably lesser in the same industry. some politics presents everywhere. Most importantly, company did not deduct its employees salary during lock down.Only annual salary increments and promotion had postponed for next year.

Company norms, policies and insensitive structure very good.

Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

Low salary, torcher, no growth, any movement position downfall, no office timings, no holidays ( holidays only formalities purpose, including Sunday also) Some supiriors worst behaviour & mentality, no job guarantee.
