You Are not allowed for Loan Product Only Investment and insurance you have to focus. Decide and come.

Dislike about SCUF teammates, training, job security, career growth, salary, appraisal, travel, POLITICS, learning, work environment, innovation, work-life balance many things in SCUF is terrible and worst. Company only thinking about his high ROI and upper management.

This company provided me platform to grow my career. Training programs arrange by company was very beneficial for me and provided me deep insight finance sector in mortgage loans and personal loan as well as credit department work. My seniors was always with me in directing my path. One of the best part of the company was that it hier employee on company role.

Salary structure was poor. Growth was slow. Middle line management doesn't respect hierarchy level. Work life balance was not so good. No appreciation of work.

...ining they start hirasment and issue PIP and state head forcing for resignation. If manager not ready to given resignation so State head and HR holding salary, not marking attendance. If managers ready to give resignation after so many hirasment so HR and State Head not ready to give notice period to manager and relive same day.
