No job sequirty, Wori invironment not good, Non supportive management, no appreciation . No other perks and benefits. Company policies aren't good, no appraisals & no bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics , after 2 months you will get First month salary. No travelling facilities. No health insurance, No canteen facilities.

Here is very good people i learn lot of things from there good communication with production manager and Q.A manager good communication with dispatch member every one gave respect each other , every one done there job good
