Everything. there is full of politics, racist, and profit (money) oriented orgnisation. This is just name sake charitable trust. This is a private company established for gaining profit in terms of money.

My experienced with SVKMS organizations as a campus fire and safety officer regarding academic, commercial, residential, supports ground, theater, electrical sub stations etc ..and coordinate with all team. It's a civil and educational, green environment implementation develop as per BOCW1996 law.. I have learned new things and developed the safety skill culture and performed with Best team.

Job Security and several benefit if you’re old employee. Never never expect yourself “On Company Roll” if you are employed in SVKM. Only Contract will be renewed.

Dislikes

No work Life balance if you’re non teaching staff, poor appraisals, you’ll experience superb office politics.

Excellent and Cooperative Management. Excellent Selection Procedure. Outstanding and Experienced Teaching and Non Teaching Staff. Furthermore Grandiose, Magnificent, Impressive and Colorful Infrastructure.

Nothing to dislike. All is well.

I was not given any benefit but I have not even put my 1 months salary while leaving, nor was i provided any experience certificate. I asked for it, even if i refused, my experience was very bad to this institution.

where the flatteres are more and those who work hard have no value here, they always bother day and night and expunge them without any reason.NO reason ask. M expirience has not been goog at all, nor have i been told the cause of removal.
