Management seems to be good, but over a period of time they start weaning you. Although I gave my best from all the experience at work that I had carried along with me of which, I am glad, brought up the quality at work place. Perks offered are good. Other than this there is a lot of scope of work at the organisation. At the end I thank them for giving me the opportunity to work had the immediate bosses continued the faith in me and not consider as a threat to them and supported me in the cause by virtue of my position and the good work. Continuous teacher training carried out by me helped in changing the mindset of local teachers and educating them about importance of early childhood education.

Dislikes

There was little scope of learning at managerial level. They should organize skill development programs from time to time. The leadership in the heirarchy should change so that new changes can be brought in the system/ academics. Positions offered should be respected and should not be seen as a competition. There is a lot of scope to work with the children in the region which could be possible only if internal politics are curbed.
