Compensation is very less in comparison to work. The work pressure is very high.they cut whole day salary if you late even for one minute but there no timing fixed for in the evening they stop you 2 to 3 hour if they want you to attend meeting. the owner flirts with the female employees on regular basis. They make false promises about incentives. They never get satisfied from your performance.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
