Company didn’t give a 2nd thought while retrenching employees during covid lockdowns. Moreover best employee also didn’t spare. Management are more keen to get butter rather than performance.

Employees should be recognized and rewarded for their accomplishments, both big and small. This helps to motivate employees to continue to perform their best.

My MD is an excellent human being to work with, who understands my space with my personal life. The ambience at the office is remarkable, the co-colleagues work with each other in a respectable manner. As a whole, is a great place to work.

Dislikes

No organization is perfect, so could be this one. However, I might have overlooked apon them. I can't list any such dislikes.
