I literally don't want to work in this company again. No job security, no employee retention, no support from hr department.

Dislikes

They lied about the salary structure during the joining. I was poromised for 12500 around but what i received everymonth was 10250. Remaining amount they said deducted pf. But when I checked epfo I found only rs. 6400 after working for 6 month. I don't know what happened. Also I did not recieved the my notice period salary. That is so dissapointing. I suggest no one to work there. 😡 Liars.

It takes too much time to answer the e-mails and I had to send e-mail 5-6 times to get my experience letter and I have sent several emails regarding my salary slip and still I didn't get it. They only support their employees i.e. Manager, Assistant manager and Team leader whether they are right or wrong. Overall there is too much politics. and you can't get any useful experience from there. Initially employees were told to give 8 hours of login but after sometime they forced us to give 8.1 hours login. There is too much politics. They only listen their manager, team leaders and assistant manager who are the real politician over there. There is something wrong and fishy with there login system it calculates inaccurate time.

As a starting career it's good but not better. But if you think to stay there more than a year then i say its not a good decision. It's also good as a part time job.

Dislikes

None other than salary structure. They give very less salary as compared to other competitors. As well there is no rule for increment or bonuses to their employees. They don't even think about it.

I am suffering from serious medical condition, so my doctor advised me to take proper rest and keep myself away from my work environment, so I suddenly decided to leave the organization, I gave all my medical reports to HR and asked them Asked to provide his experience. Letter . But after knowing my condition he was asking me to come to the office. I asked him if my parents should come to the office on my behalf, but he denied everything..
