This is about SRCS Indore. Don't join this institution. It is a trap and you will get trapped the day you will agree to keep your one month salary and mark sheet as security. This is the worst institution I have worked with. It has horrible working hours, autocratic leadership and their lamentable image should never allow you to join this institution. They treat teachers as bonded labors. Moreover, there is no growth or development, neither personally nor professionally. The chairman and admins are ruthless dictators and they treat teachers as bonded labors. This is all about making money and 90% of the kids in senior grades are dumped from other schools.

Management and admins are ruthless dictators. They are pro in eating teacher's hard earned money. Don't join this institution.

Likes

All the management and staff are friendly and supportive. It's a wonderful experience. The school gives me much of opportunities to grow and show my talent. All the events and celebrations are fun-loving. The best thing about school is everything is done by keeping the students in mind. Students enjoy each and every activity. Best work culture.

Everything is horrible. Extreme psychopathic environment. Politics by admin staff. Unnecessary burden over teachers. No proper training for freshers. Daily changing way of working. No achievement of students. Treating teachers as bonded labours. Trying to extort money out of teachers payslip. Ineffective management, money making policies.

Dislikes

It includes retaining/not returning of your original marksheet (10th &12th), your one month salary (security deposit) , an unsaid notice period/pay of 3 months , no employment security (by employer) , no unpaid leaves.

Likes

I’m so fortunate to be a part this amazing institution. I wouldn’t have been as skilled as I am in present if I wasn’t a part of this school. Being a teacher here this school has nurtured me in every way possible. In these unprecedented times where most of the people are facing financial crisis. Our school has always looked upon its employees with empathy and care. I just pray that our school keeps achieving heights and touch the pinnacle of its growth.

When I met to the principal sir and director I felt like very simple people and it's like very easily you can share your progressive plan with them so it was the great part I felt but I am sorry to say for time being only..

Dislikes

I would not say that this is bad school or something else but yes for me it was not great experience I felt too much politics and diplomatic people are here you don't know when they are behind you for non reason and you are not aware ..what silly things can get u in trouble its like you are nothing totly unfair department is here so Yes your job is not safe
