My colleagues here, particularly of my seniority level, were good, cooperative and the ones we would like to work. Management also has the wish to look for better prospects. One more thing is the different cultural events and activities organized frequently. Increments are fair enough for the deserving ones.

Dislikes

If you wish to see the worst politics in any workplace, you may see here, especially from seniors and even the management is also not untouched with the same so one cannot find the remedies for this easily. Growth aspects, opportunities to learn are almost nil and work pressure is too high. There is always pressure to do some work at home too. If you complete the given work on time, you will be given extra work endlessly. It disturbs the work-life balance. When I opposed, I was put in the circumstances where I had no option but to leave.
