...die in your house you have to come to office other wise your salary will deduct. Salary package is also very low for approx 80% of employee salary package is below then 15k. your will never received any appointment letter but at time of left the job your have to give one month notice period, resignation letter after one month notice period if you left the job, your salary will be remain unpaid for notice period.

The only good thing here is the job secrurity.

Here the owners fix one disciple for each sector of their, whom they blindly trust and these so-called discipleas exercise their influence and abuse their power. They don't allow juniors, to explore their skills who may have more talent and qualities than them. Candidates working below seniors never grow up and always lag behind. Juniors are not given opportunity to prove themselves.
