Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure was average. I have to work 9-10 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

I have left the Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd from August 2016. The facing acute shortage of finance. Company have 4000 thousands crore loan & market value become very poor. After nirav modi scam government making a pressure on the company. It can be captured by the bank any movement. Since company is in working condition, no matter 10 or 5% production is going on, government don't want to close in favour of Workers. It's a reality of this company. Thanks S. M. LAMGORA
