It’s a small cooperative bank which has only branch in Kurundwad. My colleagues were good. As it is small one I got training through actual working under my superiors. There was good working environment but career growth was average as it is small one.

Bank time is heavy and there was not activity employee appreciation

It is a excellent bank for me because when i have joined this bank that time is was no experience in banking sector but my bank manager and officer is good minded people. They help me in my daily work. But bank time is heavy and there was not activity employee appreciation. I have experience more than 4 year as a clerk and 1.5 years as a officer at counter department.i would like to work other financial organisations to grow up.
