As per my observation. All the nursing staff and patient they depend on one ward boy of their floor. Most of the time nursing staff and patient call at the same time. So that situation freeze the mind of ward boy. We must take care of patient and we have to listen nursing staff also they both are important. It's very confuse situation to what should we do. Maybe the problem would be fix. This situation not happens all the time. As I told you. Otherwise everything is good.
