Dislikes

Sometime it becomes tough to complete the work allocated if mistake gets repeated. Afterall mistakes if gets repeated, it is not intentional. And mistakes happen from those who work. Every human beings commit mistakes and sometimes mistakes get repeated unintentionally. So as per mine view this should not mean that terms and conditions should be changed between an employee and employer affecting the salary of employee.
