Specially the HR named Lejitha Nair was such a rude ,inhuman natured lady .She told me by phone that " you send me your resignation letter through mail I'll give you your salary", sent my resignation letter two times through mail and she told me that she did not get it. So what can I say about such kind of people. I have served there sincerely but they did not give my salary .0 management , company policies are 0 , work culture is 0. They give me extra classes, work loads .Till now I am trying to get my salary back by repeatedly sending mails and messages but don't get any kind of reply from them .

Dirty politics from the high to low levels no management of work. Mentally harassment of people who are not their favorite. Favoritision is at a high level. Impulsive and arrogant behavior of Principal. Always humiliate teachers. No appreciation of work. Always find mistakes. There are a lot of things to write. Don't apply for a job there.
