Disappointing Experience at Shrestha knee expert/ research Ayu Hadapsar branch. I'm writing to share my disappointing experience working at Shrestha knee Expert. Unfortunately, my time at the company was marked by unfair treatment and unsustainable work expectations. Some of the key issues I faced include: - Forced Resignation: I was asked to resign without notice, which was a shocking and unsettling experience. - Exploitative Work Culture: The company makes you work hard during the probation period, only to take away benefits like paid holidays once you start receiving them. - Unrealistic Workload: The workload is excessive, with targets that can be overwhelming and stressful at times. - Lack of Work-Life Balance: The company's target-based approach can be torturous, leaving little room for personal time or self-care. Overall, my experience was disappointing and stressful. I hope that the company will take steps to address these issues and create a more sustainable and supportive work environment.

The only perks of working here is a better salary compared to other firms ( Which is honestly still too less for what they put upon you )

1) Too much work load as compared to the given compensation, you don't even get time to have a lunch ( also there is no official lunch break for doctors ) 2) One of the worst work culture 3) Maintaining a work - life balance will be difficult because of video call consultations which can start from morning 7 am ( even before your duty hours ) 4) No National and public holidays, plus you can not take leaves on Weekends or else they deduct twice the salary for that day. 5) If any sort of problem occurs even with the past patients ( not one you have seen ) , everything is blamed upon the doctor..... 6 ) The main thing I felt was lack of respect as a Doctor, especially as a Recovery doctor one main thing is you don't even have your own cabin. i.e. no specific sitting place for the doctor when even BM , Admin, Receptionist have a cabin/ sitting arrangement. 7) Plus In absence of Consulting Doctor you have to do their work as well on top of yours ( sometimes keeping aside your work as well because the appointments for new patients will still be allotted even if the Consulting Doctor is on leave ) WHICH REALLY ADDS UP TO THE WORK LOAD. And that too you won't get paid for. 8) Plus they keep searching reasons to deduct your salary 9) And Also MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE PAYMENT FOR PREVIOUS MONTH GETS CREDITED ON OR AFTER 15TH OF THE CURRENT MONTH. AND if by mistake your payment has not been made, even after a lot of requests, mails there is no quick action taken .... I got my salary for month 1 in month 3 . All in all.... I would say that if you are really searching a job but not getting elsewhere, only then I would suggest to take up this job. Or else please go somewhere else.
