Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

1. Work place was not that much professional n this is justt because lack of senior faculty. 2. Faculty members doesn't get that much of importance. 3. Transportation problem

It was good exoerience to work with SYIPER. I enjoyed working.my teammates are good and helping we work together and we enjoyed all events in college. Many things i learn in the college.

Dislikes

All things are very good but the only thing i dislike is transportation facility is nit available for staff. It will be better if this facility is available for staff. I want to mention that one separate gardner should be provide for herbal garden to take care of plants. Only two gardners were available for all the campus.
