The infrastructure is good and staff is fine except the job security. It's a place from where you can at least start your career.

Dislikes

No job security, contract gets updated for office staff every six months. Parents are king and u have to deal with parents till the last minute and no proper meeting hours. No training and no activity is there for office staff. Even government holidays are not given and not even vacations.

Likes

The organization is balanced with good management and equipped environment. They provide opportunities for hard working people and seek for their benefit as well.. The most reliable thing is that they are wise to their employees in terms of monetary.. Appreciate in terms of security in the school for kids..

Dislikes

Well, teamspirit is somewhere lagging which is due to some ongoing process of letting the school grow due to which sometimes insecurities become the reason for candidates to leave.. Therefore the growth is slow... Lack of acknowledgement of hard work from immediate superiors..
