Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. I like in this company that company is one of largest manufacturer of fully automobile components in cast iron , S.G.iron like cylinder blocks of various model , H.L housing , housing rear axle etc. Major customers are Tata motors , Mahindra, Escorts India Ltd , John Deere Devas (M .P ). Due to this largeness of the company I got knowledge at large number of the quality.

I dislike nothing but still some factor affecting me as mostly Over working in same salary , there is so much pressure of mind.
