...ules are need to be more strict. Working instruments are not available properly. Salary timing is very poor.

I have been working in this company from last 3 year as quality engineer and i like work with their staff because all employees are good nature.

Company culture is not good and i have been working with last 3 yr but i didn't get once time benefit from company side.

It was a good job. I was handling CMM machine there. Had to give reports for the first manufacturing part each day. Teammates were really good and supportive. Even the higher officers were very supportive.

Dislikes

There were some dislikes, mainly the temperature of work environment. It was almost 46 degrees during summer season. That was really a suffocating environment. And even the flat where we had accomodation was very high temperature area. It as unbearable. Sleepless nights, Skin diseases. Also the work pressure was really high. We had to work 14 houra daily.
