...f your leaving the company...no written communication all are verbal based ... Company will make payment on 15-20 everymonth and kept mine salary payment also of 2.5 month..cus of i was left the company. If u ask to serve notice period they say 3 month ... Even in good company have 2 month only NP. If u not serve NP your salary will hold not given to u.

They will pay your salary after 15th only .first three mnth they will hold ur 10% salary this they will say on joining date only.If you leave company before 3 mnth they won't give tat money .if you put notice period they will hold 2mnth salary .monthly 2 sun holiday 12hrs work .dont expect respect top management has no concern abt employee nly his concern will be money.being a employee of shreeji u can be unemployed

They have Good projects to learn and explore and you’ll get very much experience in skillset.

Dislikes

Dislikes are many. You won’t get a proper work life balance. If you’re expecting a good respect even as an executive you won’t get that, as I have seen my colleagues . End of the day if u want to explore and learn, it’s a good company tho but you have to leave you self respect, self confidence, self motivation etc and you can work Coz you’ll be demotivated everyday. If you’re expecting a small holiday or 1 day leave permission also they won’t accept it. You have to work all the 7 days x 12+ hrs

If someone wants to destroy his future or dying in hungry than only he/she should consider of joining in this organization.

Dislikes

No work ethic at all they think once they hired you then you become labor no matter which position you hold, even in this 21st century you have to work two Sunday which means you'll have to work 28-29 days a month and that too sometimes 12+ hours a day.
