We need to work daily overtime . No paid leave no government holiday no medical benefits no proper salary no proper work culture no proper chair all chairs are broken no paid substance painter no office mail id . We need to beg them for going home . Worst manager & TL

Dislikes

Everything. Don't even start about it. The pressure in which they ask you to deliver the files are like so stressfull its better to work in a tea stall. There are daily targets and on top of that they ask for more work to be done idk what will happen if we do the same work the next day. Apart from learning new concepts which is mostly self thought they dont give any training or do their due diligence to inform them to learn for a week instead they are pushed straight to hell.

There isn't alot that I like about the company, the only thing I can think of is that we get pretty good appraisals and flexibility with working hours with the catch that we finish up our work

Dislikes

The targets, work pressure, mismanagement, overworking the employee, 6 day work week, 10+ working hours on almost a daily basis, no stress relief fun activities for employees and politics inside the company. I had a terrible experience until I worked there since I left the company I've never felt this relaxed.
