.... Management is Very Helpful specially Both Directors , Admin Team & HR Team . Salary would be credited on the commencement time which is the most important for every salaried person. In the month of Durga Puja salary and Bonus will credit before the commencement Date . Employees are working under direct observation of the Directors .

Dislikes

In Logistics Field , there are no work time Limit .Hence here are excessively long work time period and overtime charges not paid by them . But dinner would be provided by them . This organization is suffering from lack of labour power . Because of this issue, there are loading & unloading vehicles were pending for 2-3days . Management should be look in this type of matter and upgrade the technical issues of the inner warehouse .

...nd HR behavior there are no HR policy I will suggest please don't join SVL Salary structure is too bad experience ar fresher both are same.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. career growth is slow On the job training is not given to new joinees. Most pathetic is HR policy and HR behavior is very very rush.

I really enjoyed to work with them here are some good things like mostly the job security, and really good kind of people are work here, I had work with them and I was glad to work with them.

Almost I like everything here but here work so harder and there salary scale is not so good.

I would strongly suggest not joining Shree Vasu Logistics Limited. The worst company with the worst seniors. The VP of the Company spreads the myth of building employees' careers, hence trying his best to destroy the careers of employees. An old corrupted person, with less focus on modernisation, and on his way to destroying the growth of young fellows. Before joining Shree Vasu, please go through the feedback.

There is nothing to like about this company I am engaged with vecv project, after full cooperation from I get replacement without any notification by the company, no policy no protocol, they didn't care about the staff & also if you have did such leave or anything with official mail they first' support but then they skip their word by saying performance week & unplanned leaves..they didi not care u family live or dead when u have taken leave for emergency purpose..they use u first then stab in ur back don't join this company it's my humble request..i would not prefer any friends & enemy to screw their life this greedy company..
