School Principals are draw back and there is no job guarantee, continuous work load treating teachers as cheap as much, Teacher can do admissions, Principal and CEO throwing blame on Teachers, no chairs for the Teachers, not all concern on employees, organization culture worst everybody fear about principal. Worst thing no offer letter

A difference in the style of school using gurukul sampradhaya. The ambience that the school creates using holistic approach and geographic placement of the school creates an inner peace.

Dislikes

There's constant change of things to do. No holidays are given except Sunday and fourth Saturday. Work time is also lengthy. Events will change even at the very last moment. Confusion and power grabbing is also a problem.
