It's not a company, it's a Family Run Business, so there is no any types of policies hence "a midnight dream becomes a policy" on next morning. Zero policy for HSE and Quality of work. This can be used as a Stepping Stone of career. Zero % Job security. They can terminate any one with one hour notice. BE AWARE...
