1) Work time more than 8 hrs. 2) No respectfull behavior from employer. 3) Salary minimum,according to experience & position. 4) No satisfaction to employer,for work completed by us. 5) Employer not taking any actions,about the complaints done by us,about any worker or manpower.

1) No career growth. 2) Company policies not suitable for workers. 3) No safety while working. If injured, self treatment. 4) No proper training. 5) Not issued any bonus.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
