SRMTL salary poor increase and Engg Dept.work life poor balance because staff not full so PH and W/O time shift not manage proper

When covid came and lock down began then the company has given sailry and good acomadstion.

During the time of covid when I have came in my home town at that time company has not provided me any type of fasality and after that in rainy season he has not given any sailry.

Job security is very poor,work culture is also poor, management is this company very much third class like very bad experience , company policy is also very bad to every workers.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.selary is very poor and career growth in very slow like nothing.no safety training no safety equipment giving to workers.

No any safety for workers , and not any medicle policy , but work is better and job quality is good

This company accommodation is very bad , not any facilities for workers any safety issue not provide safety shoes and any safety material for working time

SRMTLs training is good because here's sirs and supervisors are good

Competition is decent., but growth is slow. there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
