Salary issue. Not supportive at time of issues with employee. Careless employer. Not even support in apedamic (Covid 19). Rude behaviour with employees. Too much other.... Wrost experience ever. No benifits for employees.

I have got good experience in shreeram textile mills ltd.where i learn many good idea about maintenance,how to take,preventive maintenance as well as predictive maintenance.i had handled ( arrange) shift scheduled,I had taken training about repairing knowledge of PLC digital digital i/p ,o/p card.I have taken training of a.c.drive ,d.c. drive from ATI Mumbai.I got experience about installation of following m/c like TFO, metler m/c,FM 5p. there is good environment where i got lot of experience of electrical & electronic mainteince

1971, I had started my Textile career from Tata Mills Ltd, Mumbai, 1972 -74, I was with CENTURY MILLS, Mumbai, 1974 - 1980, I was in Piramal Mills,kers Mumbai, Then I joined with Thacksey Mills, Then I joined with Morarjee Mills, then I with NTC [SM], last I was with Shree Ram Mills.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
