good work environment and culture. teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are vow, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
