Overall Company is quite good for the freshers as they can get all the basic understanding and knowledge for the PEB Industry.

Nothing major, but sometimes Work load increases and it results to Work-Life imbalance.

Everything that I rated above, other than job security. No fix timing for work For managers of construction dept, has no respect and no facilities. Only GM and above have all kind of facilities and even managers of sales and PMC also get good perks and benefits.

WE CAN LEAVE ON TIME AT 7PM. ANY WAY COMPANY WILL BE CLOSED SHARPLY AT 7PM MAX.

LESS THAN 10 DETAILERS ARE HERE.THESE PEOPLE WILL BE USING FOUL LANGUAGE AND BAD WORDS ON OUTSIDERS IN THE COMPANY PREMISES ITSELF.THEY WONT EVEN CARE OUR COMPLAINT ALSO.THESE PEOPLE WILL BE SPEAKING DOUBLE MEANING WORDS ON NON GUJARATI PEOPLE.IF YOU PEOPLE ARE COMFORTABLE ENOUGH TO GET BAD WORDS FROM THEIR COLLEAGUES YOU CAN JOIN. THERE WILL BE NO REASON FOR THEIR BAD WORDS.THEY WILL BE JUST TIME PASSING AND RELAXING IN ABUSING OTHERS. PM SAYS " ATHIDHI DEVO BHAVA" ,BUT THESE PEOPLE WON'T ALLOW OTHERS TO SUSTAIN HERE.THESE PEOPLE WONT ALLOW OTHERS TO GROW HERE.THEY WILL BE TARGETTING THE NEW JOINERS.THESE ARE TRYING TO DEVELOP THEIR COMANY AND EXPAND THEIR TEAM.BUT THEIR REGIONAL CULTURE OF ABUSING BAD WORDS TO OUTSIDERS IS STOPPING THEM, AS THE PEOPLE WON'T WORK HERE FOR A LONGER PERIOD BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLES TORTURE. IT WILL BE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FOR OTHERS TO CONCENTRATE ON WORK IF THE WORKING ATMOSPHERE IS LIKE THAT. HELLO OUTSIDERS AND NON GUJARATIS , " THINK A WHILE BEFORE ACCEPTING AN OFFER LETTER FROM THIS COMPANY " SOUTH PEOPLE , PLEASE DONT GO TO GUJARAT.YOU WILL SUFFER A LOT.
