Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I am always confuse in 2 things in this company that whether it is pharma or a factory.If u are capable enough for grasping knowledge then u will learn a lot of things in this company only.Yes I am thankful for this company to being a part of this because from here I face a actual phase of pharma company.I earned experience of pharma from these definately.

Dislikes

... off fixed at all because Sunday is calculated in a compulsory compensatory off.If I am talking about covid-19 lockdown they are not supporting even your working days of salary also stopped because you are not coming through lockdown.There is no safety either Covid-19 purpose or security.
