Before joining, management ready for everything but after that company management start internal politics and they do everything for their benifits. Now this company acquired by Persistent Systems Limited but in Noida office all management from Shree Infosoft pvt. Ltd. Now the management have more powerful. Now some are promoted as a Technical Project Manager but they are not technically qualified but they show how much they are technical. All credit goes to top management and their relative.

Likes

It's been almost 2 years working at Shree. The management is excellent, especially the way they handled the COVID19 situation, providing work from home to every employee with adequate infra facility and salary on time. The working atmosphere is outstanding as you get the freedom of doing your job and suggestions are welcomed wholeheartedly by the management as they are quite easily accessible to everyone.

I highly appreciate the way higher management handled the COVID-19 Situation by giving complete relaxation to all the employee & looking after all the employee irrespective of there designation role or profile in the organization.

It was horrible exp working with shreeinfosoft. they dont give leaves to employees even on medical problems. politics is there. it was bad exp working with shree in my entire career. they judge u on basis of relation with manager even though yr performance is good on client side.wirk life bal is totally 0. i wouldnt recommend this company to anyone

it was very bad exp working with this comp.they dont understand yr personal problems at all even on medical conditions. its fake comp.they hide leaves on client side and take billing.on other hand they force employees to online even on leves. they dont provide cab to female employees if there is some bad weather and traffic conditions.they dont even bother to call female employees if there are late night. no female security
