...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Worst experience, don't pay salary on time,no work culture ,too much of politics, low salary structure, above all takes a long time clearing employee dues when one resign from job , don't even care to listen also hesitate to give NOC to employees even if one has no outstanding against the company.

Good environment but some job controller are not good.

If i will work then every 10 minute a job controller . Come and gave another work But first work was undone . As a worker we have to cmplt a work . We can work in a 3 vahicles at that time Bute they want me to work more than 5 vahicle . And we cant work in a properlyway

As every where there should be some positive and negative things, but in shree Honda negative things are small. GOOD company !!
