Salary delay, sometimes 3 months pending, If you left the company then no guarantee for salary release. No social life, Toxic work culture, Strict timings, No leaves even 3 days of leave is in the policy but still no leave.

Work culture very bad. Salary delay by 3 months. Management is very bad. No any leave upto 1 year from joinning. 365 days working including sunday at 9:00 pm.

I don't like anything about the company.... They do not provide salary for 5 months.... After 5 months only 1 month salary credited, Politics for bribe from contractors, they do not give payment to the contractors and expect from the staff to convince contractor not to stop the work.

Dislikes

Very bad work environment, managers always doing politics, one superviser has more value than engineers because that superviser take money from contractors and give it to those managers.

Working period good Not pressure for work Salary is not on time , it's delay 4months There is more politics Seniors behavior are not good here bcz of politics

Such a beautiful environment to work.supportive staff,great basic pay,a good platform to open your carrier. Very good opportunity for took your carrier in lime light. Over all a good company.

Not much area for improve but the think there can be some changes about staff EPF section and about to maturity etc.
