My favorite is probably the flexibility I have with my hours. I also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone. A lot of employees love their jobs because it looks great on a resume and allows them to gain a lot of knowledge.

Dislikes

I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place. I have many good ideas, and I tried to move them forward, trying to help the company. But from my position I am not allowed to suggest any improvements. I am supposed to follow the orders of my superior, and that's it.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopted latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that more power generation.

Dislikes

Competition is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is no more. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

my working growth is good in this company but due to bad politics and given any reason he discontinue me so i feel that here problem of job security but rest all things are good ,for your learning phase this is good company but at certain point you need to take your decision otherwise you have problem of your job security.
