What I say good for this company, i don't think company behaviour is enough to makes it favourite for anyone, lower management is very bad discussed in dislikes section kindly see that section.

Dislikes

Company have no crm for doctors, also no valueable gifts for doctors, no internal promotion, products are overpriced and low margin, the last every month managers threatened us if you do not cross our budget (i am not saying about our actual budget) then we will hold your salary, or we will fire you. So no job security in this company. NSM Mr Amitabh Sinha and our new RSM Mr Rajiv Ranjan sir both are not good for company's growth, they always think for their selves only.

Their is one man army rule, only Uttar Pradesh Area ZSM ruled in eupesia and benesia division. No life in this company.

Dislikes

No any HR policy, not any sales culture. This company is totally family support who title is SINGH Because MD and his partner all are Singh.
