Company staff not good. They are not supporting employees. If any month you have 5 weekly off (Sunday's) they pay one day less salary. They are not given any facilities to employees. Very baad experience

Worst Place to look for a career. The VP Sanju no skills no expertise kinda person without any technical knowledge. Wondering How people like him sit in high places and kill the company by not hiring the real talents who are 1000 times better than him in every aspect

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
