... the Shree Cement Ltd. has break their agreement with them due to some reason. You will not get your salary on time. So much politics, discrimination. Their dealers can abuse you but you can't do anything because they treat their dealer as god.

My overall experience is good. Teammates are supportive, even our managers are also very supportive. You can develop your marketing skills here. If you are a fresher, it's an great opportunity to grab.

Career growth is less, salary credit time is not consistent. Even if you are a PG holded they hire you as an off role office & very less probability to be on roll officer

Nothing here to like, wrost work culture, only chatu employee gets promoted. Worst place to work, I suggest pls do not join shree cement, HR people tell lie during salary negotiation, this is very much difference between CTC and in hand salary. Pls do not trust on HR on verbal salary discussion. Worst company, worst culture,

Good culture opration is the best part in my job and co- workers are good fun work place with supportive management

Great learning culture or salary hike is okay but there promotion criteria are not appropriate .corporate politics is also a big issues in the workplace
