Nothing to like in this company. HR does not follow its own rules. The company recently fired almost 300+ employees. There is no work culture, the company has pure Lala Chhap or below Lala Chhap standards. Old employees do not want new hires. If you do not want to ruin your career, please do not join this company.

HR is offering a very attractive salary on paper, but you will only receive 60% of that. HR has made arrangements, such as using NPV calculations and others, to reduce your take-home pay.
