Work culture of Shree cement especially in Logistics department is worst..you can't manage ur work life balance..coming in early shifts going on late shift is rule in almost every part

Very less employee benefits, like bouns, very late promotion, growth very slow in salary. Increment 7 to 8 percentage average per annum.

Great Learning experience. Good for career boost up. Supportive team members. On time payment of Salary and yearly increments.

...much work pressure. Minimal employee benefits. Too much work with less manpower. Added responsibility with no salary hike. No work life balance.

More deduction in your CTC..your CTC is 20000/- then after deduction your in hand salary is only 10000/- Promotion is to late and increment is poor.

Excellent Salary increments, Independent to innovation, idea sharing, direction intersection with all departments, regular training section.

Not considering of past experience, Partiality in increment, politics, I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisal.
