One of the worst company in karanataka , no proper maintenance and they won't pay anything for employees and cores of rupees pending for government like electric bills , dust pollution is heavy . If you have any douts ask near Village people about the company if you get any interview don't attend better to go another company in case u have any reference that is better. U search company address in Google what is the status of the company

Waste of time to learn in this company as trainee no proper training provided , if you has any doubt for clarification they simply tell don't no about what you are asking related work , manager don't no anything , no work satisfaction, 24 hours problems , if you have any Engineering try in other cement company's like ultratech, dalmia, Orient, maha cement, chetinadu cement , Priya cement these are best cement company's in India for training and gaining knowledge is very well and you can get respectable position in this company's through hard work, u can get work satisfaction , and other benefits from those companies

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
